Hypnobirthing Courses

All my hypnobirthing courses are really relaxed, friendly and fun. My approach to teaching is very open and honest and I want you to feel totally comfortable with me as your teacher. I don’t sugarcoat things, and no questions are off limits, I am here to support YOU and your choices, whatever they may be. Hypnobirthing is for everyone so whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth or caesarean birth, my courses will be right for you!

I will never promise you a perfect birth, because nobody can do that, but I will promise to help you work towards the best birth for YOU and your baby, however that looks!

Group courses currently run every other month and are a great way to meet other expectant parents whilst learning all the important stuff you need to know for birth.

A private 1:1 course is a great way to really dig deep into all the things that are important to you. These courses can really be tailored to your wants, needs and personal circumstances.

  • Of course. You do not need to come to any of the courses with a birth partner, although if you do have one I really recommend they do come as it’s such a game changer for them.

My husband was very skeptical at first so I totally understand it, but he was so glad he did the course with me as he learnt so much and really felt like he was an active part of the birth of our baby, rather than a bystander.

Also if your birth partner is not your life partner, they are also welcome to come along, mum, friend, whoever you choose.
