Are you feeling the stresses of pregnancy starting to weigh you down? Do you wish you had a simple, effective way to relax, de-stress, and get ready for the big day? Look no further! My Pregnancy Relaxation Evenings are here to guide you through this exciting time with ease, joy, and confidence. Giving you a space to rest, relax and get things off your chest.

Reduce stress, Boost Wellbeing

Pregnancy can be an incredible journey, but it also comes with its fair share of challenges. From morning sickness and aches and pains to worries about labour and beyond, it's no wonder so many mums-to-be feel completely overwhelmed. That's where my relaxation evenings comes in!

Each time you come we’ll work on helping you to fully and intentionally relax, which will help you to:

- Manage stress and anxiety

- Improve sleep quality

- Boost your mood

- Connect more deeply with your growing baby

Through a blend of gentle breathwork and guided relaxations, you'll cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and inner strength to carry you through pregnancy and beyond.

In addition to complete relaxation, these evenings give you some time to learn about a few basic birth education topics too, to help you start to feel empowered and better prepared for birth.

A Supportive, Judgment-Free Space

I know how overwhelming pregnancy can feel, I’ve done it enough times myself, which is why I've created a warm, welcoming environment for you to learn, grow, and connect with other local mums-to-be. I am here to provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer a judgement-free space for you to navigate pregnancy and all the things that come with it.

So, what are you waiting for? Join me for relaxation, education, and community every Wednesday evening!

The classes are held at Yoga Zen in Tingley on Wednesday evenings.  They really are a perfect way to truly and intentionally relax and switch off from the world for a little bit.  

We start each session with a lovely hot cuppa of your choice & some tasty treats whilst we have a super informal and relaxed chat about the birth topic of the week.

We will then end the class with a gorgeous, half hour guided relaxation to help you unwind, rest and reset. It’s a beautiful way to spend time really focussing on you and baby and helps to strengthen that bond before they are born.  You’ll be more than ready for jumping into bed when we have finished. 

I provide yoga mats, pillows and blankets, but you are welcome to bring your own, or extras if you prefer.
